FOOD TECHNICAL-SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANCE

The Food Technical -Scientific Assistance (TSA), composed by a highly qualified staff, assists  the Customer in the performance of analytical tests and supplying a complete assistance, from the choice of the analysis to the interpretation of the results in accordance with the laws in force and to bibliographic data and technical specifications.
The TSA group collaborates with the commercial division  in order to guarantee, in good time, the requirements and the expectations of the costumer.
Furthermore, Chelab operates in collaboration with Ministries, category associations, Universities and Research Institutes.

The proposed services are:

• Drawing up of simple or complex nutritional labels (Italian, USA, Canadian, Brazilian, Argentine).
• Issue of test reports in foreign language (for the translation in French, German, Spanish and Portuguese contact the Scientific Technical Assistance to the following e-mail address food@chelab.it  ).
• Drawing up and updating of tables in comparison with law limits, technical specifications or recommended limits.
• Drawing up of reports concerning analytical results in comparison with law limits or limits found in bibliography
• Drawing up of reports concerning the identification of the factors causing the defectiveness of products.
• Product shelf life: analytical plan and final reports.
• Bibliographical researches on the behalf of the Customer (articles, law, norms, monograph interpretations and so on).
• Audits and training courses in the companies, drawing up of self control manuals (HACCP).
• Services of researches for the improvement of the sensory quality of foodstuffs.
• Assistance for  the development of traceability systems in the agro-zoo technical companies.
• Authentication by the Chamber of Commerce of the certificates necessary to export the products.
• Assistance in the sample opening, in the repetition and revision of analysis by the public authority in charge.
• Drawing up of defensive memorials concerning administrative controversies (e.g.: problems about labelling).
• General legislative assistance: advices on legislative interpretations (e.g.: obligation of charge and discharge register, possible penalties in case of dispute, attribution of customs codes, and so on.).
• To improve the quality of the participations Chelab collaborates with external professional mans,(lawyer's offices, technical studies, universities) with of experience in this field and  with national and international references.
