FERTILIZERS AND COMPOST FROM COMPOSTING PLANTS

Fertilizers and compost analytic controls are realized on the respect of what sued from Legislative Decree s n. 217 of 29/04/06 ((New laws for the fertilizers discipline) – application of  European Regulation n.2003 of 2003.

Fertilizers
Fertilizers is a wide range of mineral, organic, mineral-organic products, that are usually used for an optimal cultivation development.

Fertilizers, ammendanti, correttives or as other organic matrix destinated to the organic-mineral fertilizers, is characterized for a products heterogeneity, on composition, of different started material, or from the type of use or cultivation that they are destinated.

The complexity of  different kinds prevent in this presentation an adjusted explicative summary, but, according to the fertilizers law (Legislative Decree n. 217/06 and REGCE 2003/03) Chelab is able to provide a punctual check both normative organization and conformity control  to above mentioned law, and on the analyse of the fertilizers composition, in macro and micro elements characterizing, or also on the simple checking of what written on label.

Muds for agricultural spreading
If the fertilizers in question is an already established mud coming from a biologic depuration plant, such mud has to comply with what quote on Legislative Decree. n. 99 of 27/01/92.

Ammendanti e Compost
In case that the compost is composed by selected organic residuals reusable for the fertilizers production or from muds from depuration plants not still steady, the analytic controls have to be realized according to what quote on D.M. 05/02/98 (Individuation of not dangerous wastes subjected to simplified procedures of recovery at senses of 31 and 33 articles of 5 February 1997 legislative decree, n.22 ) on the respect of the different regional effective deliberations.
Once out from composting plants, in addition to the respect of what indicated on n.748/84 Law, of 5/02/98 D.M. and on the 27/07/84 Interministerial Committee deliberation (Dispositions for the first application of the 4 Article of D.P.R 10 September 1982, n. 915, concerning the garbage disposal) have to verify the conformity of what quote on the regional deliberations in the case of relevance.
For the compost production with CE mark, analyses are realized at senses of CE Regulation n. 2003 of 13/10/2003 (CE Regulation n. 2003/2003 of European Parliament and Council of 13 October about composts ).
