Analytic purpose for the evaluation of asbestos exposure risk according with: Ministerial Decree of 06/09/1994
- Ministerial Decree of 06/09/1994: “Laws and technique methodologies of the application of 6 article, paragraph 3, and of the 12 article, of the law 27 march 1992, n. 257, about the cessation of the asbestos use”.
- Actuation of the directive n. 80/1107/CEE, n. 82/605/CEE, n. 83/477/CEE, n. 86/188/CEE and n. 88/642/CEE, about workers protection against risks from exposure to chemical, biological, physical agents during the work, according with article. 7 law 30 July 1990, n. 212.
