Wastes and Recyclable Wastes
Each industrial activity produces wastes of different origins which can be classified as real wastes to be disposed or as recyclable wastes.
Chelab pays great attention to the ever changing Regulations which rules wastes and can provide up-to-date assistance to meet the requirements of the legislation in force.
Chelab offers its experience to assist the client in:
- Sampling according to the norm UNI 10802 dates October 2004 (corrected on the 31st of August 2005) (Wastes – liquid, granular and doughy wastes and muds –manual sampling, preparation and analyses of eluates); analyses and evaluation classify wastes according to the Italian Legislative Decree 152/06 and following modifications (Environmental Regulations) VI part (Norms on wastes management and reclamation of polluted sites), according to EC Decision 2000/532 and following modifications (Decision of the European Commission of the 3rd of May 2000 which substitutes the EC decision 94/3 reporting a list of wastes according to article 1, letter a), to the European Council Directive 75/442, concerning wastes, and to the 94/904which reports a list of dangerous wastes according to the article 1, paragraph 4, to the European Directive 91/689 concerning dangerous wastes; analyses for the recyclability according to the Italian Legislative Decree 36/03 (Actuation of the European Directive 1999/31 about dumping wastes), to the Italian Ministerial Decree 03/08/05 (Definition of the criteria to admit wastes in dumps) and to the Italian Inter-ministerial Committee Resolution 27/07/84 (Dispositions for the first application of article 4 of the Italian Republic President Decree 10th September 1982, nr. 915, concerning the disposal of wastes).
- Sampling according to the norm UNI 10802 dated October 2004 (corrected on the 31st of August); analyses and evaluations of the recyclability of not dangerous wastes according to the Italian Ministerial Decree 05/02/98 (Identification of not dangerous wastes subjected to the simplified procedures of recycling according to the articles 31 and 33 of the Italian Legislative Decree 5th of February 1997, nr. 22) and Italian Ministerial Decree 186/06 (Regulation which modifies the Italian Ministerial Decree 5th of February 1998 “Identification of non dangerous wastes subjected to the simplified procedures of recycling according to the articles 31 and 33 of the Italian Legislative Decree 5th of February 1997, nr. 22”)
- Sampling according to the norm UNI 10802 dated October 2004 (corrected on the 31st of August 2005); analyses and evaluations of the recyclability of dangerous wastes according to the Italian Ministerial Decree nr. 161 dated 12/06/2002 (Regulation which put into practice the articles 31 and 33 of the Italian Legislative Decree of the 5th of February 1997, nr. 22, concerning the identification of dangerous wastes that can be admitted to the simplified procedure).
- Annual waste declaration (M.U.D) according to the Italian Law 70/94 and following modifications and integrations.
- Assistance for the fulfilment and drawing up of the charge and discharge registers and of the forms for the waste identification.
- Drawing up of authorizations for the registration at the national register of wastes managers
- Drawing up of authorizations for the recyclability of non dangerous wastes according to the Italian Ministerial Decree 05/02/98 and Italian Ministerial Decree 186/06 (Regulation which modifies the Italian Ministerial Decree of the 5th of February 1998 “Identification of non dangerous wastes subjected to the simplified procedures of recycling according to the articles 31 and 33 of the Italian Legislative Decree of the 5th of February 1997, nr. 22”)
- Drawing up of authorizations for the recyclability of dangerous wastes according to the Italian Ministerial Decree 161 dated 12/06/2002.
