AUTHORIZATIONS

ACCREDIA ACCREDITATION ACCREDIA (Italian National System for Laboratories Accreditation) accreditation with number 0051, as laboratory operating in compliance with the requirements of the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard for number of tests in agroindustrial, environmental, microbiological, residual, detergent, cosmetic, materials for food packaging, industrial hygiene and GMO analysis (first accreditation March 1993). ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION Certification of the Quality Management System in compliance with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 by CERTIQUALITY (nr. 2171) for the following activities “Planning and provision of chemical, physical and microbiological analysis, research and technical-scientific services for industrial, crafts, trade and service enterprises” (first issue June 1999). The certification is valid inside the IQNet circuit (certificate n. IT-6915).

ISO 14001:2004 CERTIFICATION Certification of the Environment Management System of the operative site “Via Castellana 118/A” in compliance with the Standard UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 by CERTIQUALITY (n. 10899) for the following activities “Only for sampling services and for environmental analysis (chemical, physical and microbiological analysis), for research and technical-scientific assistance for industry, agriculture and environment” (first issue July 2006). The certification is valid inside the IQNet circuit (certificate n. IT-41432).

QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICINES AND ACTIVE PHARMACEUTICALLY SUBSTANCES FOR HUMAN USE Chelab has been authorised by the Italian Competent Authority (AIFA) to perform, as pharmaceutical workshop, chemical-physical, biological and microbiological controls (sterility control and other analysis) on medicines for human use, also for clinical testing and on active pharmaceutically raw materials (authorization nr. aM-40/2008).

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE (GMP) OF MEDICINES The Italian Competent Authority (AIFA) certifies that, on the basis of the inspections carried out in Chelab in accordance to the authorization nr. aM-40/2008, Chelab works in compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practice of Medicines (Certificate nr. IT/173-1/H//2008).

QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICNES AND ACTIVE PHRMACEUTICALLY SUBSTANCES FOR VETERINARY USE Authorization of the Ministry of Health to perform as pharmaceutical workshop chemical-physical, biological and microbiological controls (sterility and other analysis) on medicines and active pharmaceutically raw materials for veterinary use (authorization n. N./14/2011/V).

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTISE (GMP) OF MEDICINES Certification of the Ministry of Health certifies that Chelab works in compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practice of Medicines (certification n. NBF/32/2011/V)

AUTHORIZATION TO USE OF DRUG AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES Authorization of the Italian Ministry of Health to use, for analytical purposes, and psychotropic substances included in the table I and II in the Decree of the President of the Republic 309/90 and following modifications (Authorization nr. 13742).

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH GLP The Italian Ministry of Health certifies that Chelab complies with the Principles of Good Laboratory Practice with reference to numerous physical-chemical studies, toxicity studies, mutagenesis studies, environmental toxicity studies on aquatic and terrestrial organisms, behaviour studies in water, soil, soil, air and bioaccumulation studies, residue studies, clinical and analytical chemistry testing, Metabolism and pharmacokinetics and other studies. REGISTRATION TO THE VENETO REGIONAL REGISTER OF THE LABORATORIES THAT PERFORM ANALYSIS FOR THE FOOD QUALITY CONTROL Registration to the Veneto Regional Register (valid on the Italian territory) of the laboratories that perform analysis requested by the food quality control procedures of the alimentary companies according to the Legislative Decree 05/26/1997 nr. 155 (first acknowledgment 08/02/05 decree nr. 366 of the General Prevention Direction).

QS - Fachgesellschaft Obst-Gemüse-Kartoffeln GmbH APPROVAL Chelab has been acknowledged by QS - Fachgesellschaft Obst-Gemüse-Kartoffeln GmbH - as laboratory authorized for the monitoring of residues on fresh fruits, vegetables and potatoes in the QS quality system (first acknowledgment 08/08/2007, certificate nr. 402097)

EDEKA APPROVAL Registration on EDEKA register of the authorized laboratories to perform analysis for the monitoring of residues in fresh fruit , vegetables and potatoes and to include the results in Edeka database (the list of the laboratories is available on the website www.i-monitoring.net).

INCLUSION IN THE LIST OF APPROVED LABORATORIES THAT ARE COMPETENTTO CARRY OUT THE TESTS REQUIRED BY THE REGULATION EC 648/2004, according to Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on detergents. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE AS A LABORATORY OF THE ECOLABEL SYSTEM The Technical Department of the Italian Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Handicraft has approved Chelab to have the necessary qualification for the independent preliminary control (according to EC regulation 1980/2000) necessary to obtain the European ecological quality ECOLABEL brand. The compliance covers the following products: Dishwasher detergents (Commision Decision 2003/31/EC); Laundry detergents (Commision Decision 2003/200/EC); Hand-washing dish detergent (Commision Decision 2005/342/EC) Multi-use detergents and cleaners for sanitary elements (Commision Decision 2005/344/EC); Soap, shampoo and hair conditioner (Commision Decision 2007/506/EC). AUTHORIZATION TO PERFORM OFFICIAL ANALYSIS ON WINES AND TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES TO EXPORT WINE Authorization by Italian Ministry of Agricultural and Forest Policies to perform, with reference to authorized tests, official analysis on wines and to issue analysis certificates for wine exportations according to the Italian and community regulations (Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forest Policies Decree of 01/15/2009).

AUTHORIZATION TO PERFORM OFFICIAL ANALYSIS ON OIL Authorization by Italian Ministry of Agricultural and Forest Policies to perform, with reference to authorized tests, in the whole Italian territory official analysis on oils, according to the Italian and community regulations (Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forest Policies Decree of 01/15/2009).

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE FOR ANALYSIS ON ASBESTOS Acknowledgment of compliance of Ministry of Health for analysis on asbestos according to M.D. of 07/07/97 (prot. n. 400.X/3.7.8/92 of 01/14/1998).

AUTHORIZATION FOR ANALYSIS ON FAT CONTENT IN MILK Authorization of Veneto Region for analysis on fat content in milk for quality payment purpose, according to Ministerial memorandum nr 5 of 03/20/93 (prot. n. 9320/40142 of 09/21/1993).

ASSOBIRRA AUTHORIZATION ASSOBIRRA (Beer and Malt Industry Association) authorization for quantitative PCR analysis on corn (circ. n. 64/00S of 10/18/00) and for traceability for GMO-free corn.

REGISTRATION TO THE LIST OF THE LABORATORIES RECOMMENDED BY AIC Registration to the list of the laboratories recommended by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) to detect gluten in food.

REGISTRATION TO THE LIST OF COOP ITALIA LABORATORIES Registration to the list of the COOP ITALIA authorized laboratories for the execution of microbiological analyses, dioxin research, GMO analyses, pesticides analysis and other analysis.

AUTHORIZATION AS FACILITY ENABLED FOR THE USE OF FISH:Authorization of the Italian Ministry of Health as facility enabled for the use of animals (fish) for experimental and other scientific purposes pursuant to the art. 12 of the Italian Legislative Decree 116/92 (Italian Decree Nr. 74/2011-A 27/04/2011) for ecotoxicology studies in fish (Italian Decree Nr. 94/2011-B 24/05/2011).
