MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS

This section performs tests of the efficacy of the preserving systems by:

Furthermore the laboratory executes the determination of the following microorganisms, using the official regulations:

• Total viable aerobic  count
  
• Mycetes
• Pseudomanas Aeruginosa
• Enterobacteria, qualitative and/or quantitative determination
• Microorganisms identification
• Validation of the washing process (UNI EN ISO 14698-1:2004 - APPENDICE E)

RHEOLOGICAL TESTS
