Technical and scientific assistance
The regulations about materials and objects destined to contact with food provide that they are completed by a written declaration (DECLARATION OF SUITABILITY TO CONTACT WITH FOOD) which certifies their conformity to the regulation in force.
To show this conformity it is necessary an appropriate DOCUMENTATION( including the analytical results of the laboratory) that must be available to the competent autorities if requested.
As often the regulation results not very clear, it can be difficult to establish the most suitable analytical conditions for the verification of law requirements. For this reason Chelab laboratory, further to the analytical service, makes use of skilled experts (Technical and scientific assistance) able to offer helpful services for:
- Definition of suitable analytical protocols whether for materials specifically ruled (for example: plastic raws, gums, glass and so on) or for those that are not ruled (for example: parts of household appliance realized in alloys different from inoxidizable steel and aluminium, coffee machines and so on )
