Elaboration of protocols
The Non Food Technical Scientific Assistance collaborates with the companies to elaborate personalized protocols for the performances evaluation of:

Relations on performance tests
The qualified staff of the Detergent Division drafts the final relations of the performance tests, eventually including pictures and videos. Such division is able to offer a specific service by reproducing in the laboratory the advertisement of the product to evaluate its plausibility. Afterward our TSA drafts a dossier which demonstrates that what is declared is true.

Statistical processing and marketing research
Among its employees, Non Food TSA includes a person graduated in statistical sciences who elaborates the results obtained by the performance tests, combining instrumental data with statistical data, making more clear the interpretation of the results for the Customers. The applied statistical methods (parametric and not parametric) allow to detect any difference between the compared products and pointing out if such differences are significant or not.
Another new and interesting service proposed by the Technical Scientific Assistance is the carrying out of marketing researches, indispensable for companies operating in the detergent section and interested in the positioning of their products respect to their competitors.

Labelling assessment
Verification of the compliance with the current Regulations of both the “common” detergents and the detergents recognized as dangerous products. Such verifications includes also the plausibility of the claims and the correspondence of the classification of the dangerous goods with the one fixed by the law.

Trainings on labelling
Organization of personalized and individual courses regarding the current Regulations, the claims and the misleading advertisement.

Consumer test
The non food Technical Scientific Assistance carries out marketing researches involving till 150 volunteers.
