The activities of validation of methods are scheduled and performed in compliance with the International regulations related to the different sectors (ISO 17025, ICH, EP, USP, FDA, etc).
The optimization of methods based on traditional liquid chromatography techniques (HPLC) can be performed thanks to the development and validation of alternative methods UPLC/MS/MS (Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography), which permits the reduction of time of answer until 3-4 times respect to the traditional HPLC and improves the significance and sensibility.
Thanks to UPLC-ESI-TOF systems and a computer-based liquid chromatography equipped with UV and MS (HPLC-Prep-UV-MS), we are able to perform ad-hoc studies for the characterization and identification of unknown molecules (for example: impurities).
